The use of this website is basically possible without providing personal data. When calling up the individual pages, only access data (e.g. browser type and access time) are transmitted to our server. This access data does not contain any personal data and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about an identifiable person in any other way. In particular, the access data does not create any usage profiles. They are only used for statistical evaluation and optimization of the use of our website.
So-called "Cookies" are used on these pages to make visiting the website more comfortable and to enable the use of certain functions. These "Cookies" are small text files that are stored on your computer (in your browser). After the end of the browser session, most of the cookies used are deleted from your hard drive ("session cookies"). The so-called "permanent cookies", on the other hand, remain on your computer and thus enables us to identify you on your next visit.
You have the option of preventing cookies from being saved on your computer by making the appropriate browser settings, which, however, can limit the functionality of this offer.
The collection and use of personal data only takes place if you provide it to us voluntarily. This is required when you send us an email. For this purpose, we collect and use your name, email address and, if applicable, the telephone number provided.
The collection of personal data for the use of the aforementioned offer takes place only insofar as it is necessary for the execution of the contract or the provision of the service.
Once the processing is complete, the personal data you provide will be blocked for further use or deleted. This does not affect tax or commercial regulations, which may prescribe longer retention periods.
The transfer of personal data takes place without express separate consent only to the extent that it is necessary for the execution of the contract.
When documents are sent by post, we also pass on the personal data required for this to the logistics company commissioned with the delivery.
Any further transfer of personal data to third parties does not take place, unless we are obliged to do so due to a court decision or by law.
Google Tag Manager is a solution with which we can manage so-called website tags via an interface (and thus, for example, integrate Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our online offer). The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) does not process any personal data of the users. With regard to the processing of users' personal data, reference is made to the following information on Google services. Usage Policy for Google Tag Manager.
We use Google Analytics in the form of universal analytics. Universal Analytics refers to a Google Analytics process in which the user analysis is based on a pseudonymous user ID and thus a pseudonymous profile of the user is created with information from the use of different devices (so-called cross-device tracking).
In order to be able to optimally adapt our website to user interests, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; Google, LLC 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, UNITED STATES). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, which are stored on your end device for recognition, as well as similar tracking methods for recognizing end devices such as tracking pixels, device fingerprinting and programming interfaces (e.g. APIs and SDKs) to process information from your end device. A randomly generated identification number (cookie ID/device ID) is assigned to your end device for this purpose. With the help of these technologies, Google processes the information generated about the use of our website by your device as well as access data for the purpose of statistical analysis - e.g. B. Access to a specific website, number of unique visitors, entry and exit pages, length of stay, click, swipe and scroll behavior, activation of buttons, registration for the newsletter, bounce rate and similar user interactions. For this purpose, it can also be determined whether different end devices belong to you or to your household. The access data includes in particular the IP address, browser and device information, cookie ID/device ID, the previously visited website and the date and time of the server request.
No individual IP addresses are logged or stored in Google Analytics 4 systems. At the moment the IP address is recorded by Google in special local data centers in the EU, your IP address is used to determine location information. The IP address is then deleted before the access data is stored in a data center or on a server for Google Analytics. Google Analytics does not provide precise data on the geographical location, but only general location information such as the region and city of the end device's location, which is derived from the IP address. Google will process this information in order to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports for us on website activity and - if we point this out separately - to provide us with other services related to website use. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the website visit to your user account and create and evaluate user profiles across applications.
In addition, there is a cross-platform analysis of user behavior on websites and apps that use Google Analytics 4 technologies. This means that usage behavior in different environments can be recorded, measured and compared in the same way. In doing so, e.g. B. Automated scrolling events of the user are recorded, which should enable a better understanding of the use of websites and apps. Different cookie IDs/device IDs are used for different end devices. We are then provided with anonymous statistics on the use of the various platforms, which have been compiled according to selected criteria.
With the help of Google Analytics 4 , target groups are automatically created for certain cookie IDs/device IDs or mobile advertising IDs, which are later used for individualized advertising. As a target group criterion z. For example, users who viewed products but did not add them to a cart or added them to a cart but did not complete the purchase OR users who purchased specific items. A target group consists of at least 100 users. With the help of the "Google Ads" tool, interest-based advertisements can then be displayed in search results. Likewise, users of websites on other websites within the Google advertising network (in Google search, on YouTube, so-called Google ads or on other websites) can be recognized and tailored advertisements can be presented based on the specified target group criteria.
The legal basis for processing is your consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a) GDPR. Google also processes some of the data in the USA. There is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for data transfer to the USA; the transmission to the USA takes place on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 49 (1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR. Your data in connection with Google Analytics will be deleted after fourteen months at the latest. Further information on data protection at Google can be found at: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
You can revoke your consent to processing and third-country transfer at any time by pushing back the controller in the Settings Cookie/Consent Settings of the consent tool. The legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the point of revocation is not affected by the revocation.
You will receive information about the personal data we have stored about you at any time. According to the GDPR (or the Federal Data Protection Act), you have the right of correction, blocking or deletion of your personal data. You can also object to the future use of your personal data stored by us. In all these cases, please send your request in writing or email to:
